2000 KM on engine rebuilt including custom
frame. All it need is your personnel TLC and that would
make it yours! Up for sale is a Triumph Bonneville TR120R
Chopper 1971 OIF 4 speed. I can spend time to describe all
the work that was done on this Triumph but I will keep it simple and be glad to
answer your questions by e-mail. All powder coat paint
even the motor mount and wheel's hub. Briefly here are the
new parts:
Engine rebuilt 2 years ago and no more than 2,000 KM since.
Work done by a professional in Triumph (pistons, over sizing cylinders, head
with new valves and all) (I have the receipts).
New clutch with Alloy plate and rod.
Electronic ignition Boyer.
Accel Dual coil.
Podtronics (no need for zener diode and rectifier).
16 inches rear wheel laced by a professional (bad quality of spoke began to show
oxidation), front wheel was laced but using good quality S.S. spoke as well but
kept the same size.
Mikuni carburetors.
New 4 inches extended fork.
New risers 6 inches
New tires.
Foldable HWY peg.
Basically what you see is what you will get. The bike
starts first kick all the time and runs smooth and sure gets attention around
you!! For me the bike has passed the road test period and
needs some work to correct what is wrong on it: Swing Arm
was extended 1 ½ inch to reflect the wheel size NOW NEEDS TO BE PAINTED.
Gas tank was leaking , it's ok now but need to be repaired to
look good or change it. Needs to weld a bolt on the frame to secure the gas tank
near the seat. Primary casing gasket needs to be replaced.
One fork seal is leaking a little bit. A
bit more TLC on the battery cover and case. Rpm and speedo
do not work well. On the picture I made it rigid but you
can install rear shocks if you wish. The black frame is
the OEM frame and it's a match number with the engine. So
if you wish to make it original you can. You are looking
for an easy project with no major frustration. I can
deliver the bike to the freight company
