1968 Norton Commando
Dear Sirs,
having just seen, on your site, the beautifull "fireflake red"
Commando of 1968
I'm sending you the very last shot of this "italian brother", frame
127.575.
Some further information:
- 1. I bought it from new in August 1968, and so I'm the first and only owner (not so usual);
- 2. the bike has never been restored, only maintened:
- 3. the only non original parts (fitted over 40 years ago ) are the fuel taps ( leaks ...) and the throttle control (Tommaselli....shorter stroke)
- 4. this bike is part of a very small batch of Commandos wich had side panels painted in the same colour of tank and seat (metallic red and metallic green)
